An féidir liom ordú ar-líne?
Is féidir. Líon amach an fhoirm ordaithe le do chuid sonraí - d’ainm agus do sheoladh - agus na táirgí a mhaith leat a cheannach. Brúigh an cnaipe ‘send’ agus cuirfear an fhoirm ar aghaidh chuig ‘Spraoi!’. Ansin, cuir an t-airgead cuí, an postas san áireamh, tríd an bpost chuig an seoladh ag barr an leathanaigh seo. Nuair a fhaightear do sheic, dréacht bainc nó ordú poist, cuirfear d’ordú amach chugat.

An féidir liom íoc ar-líne?
Ní féidir. Glacfar le d’ordú trí ríomhphost a chur chuig ‘Spraoi!’, ach caithfear íocaíocht a dhéanamh tríd an bpost sula gcuirfear d’ordú chugat.

Cad faoi phostas?
Is gá postas a chur leis an íocaíocht a chuirtear ar aghaidh sa phost.
Braitheann an costas ar a bhfuil ordaithe. Féach ar an eolas seo a leanas le
haghaidh cúnaimh:

1 tháirge amháin -  €1.50 le híoc (ach amháin Pacáiste Acmhainne - €5.00 le híoc)
2 – 3 tháirge -  €2.40 le híoc
4 – 5 tháirge -  €4.50 le híoc
6 tháirge agus níos mó - €6.85 le híoc

Is múinteoir scoile mé. An féidir liom táirgí a ordú agus an gcuirfear sonrasc chuig an scoil?
Táimid thar a bheith sásta glacadh le horduithe ó scoileanna agus sonrasc ‘pro-forma’ a chur ar aghaidh. Tabharfaidh an sonrasc seo eolas cruinn ar a bhfuil ordaithe agus cé mhéad a chosnóidh an t-ordú. Ach caithfear íocaíocht a dhéanamh tríd an bpost sula gcuirfear amach aon ordú. Má tá tú ag iarraidh ordú pearsanta a chur isteach agus má theastaíonn admháil uait, cuir tic sa bhosca ‘Admháil’ ar an bhfoirm ordaithe.

An féidir liom clárú le ‘Spraoi!’ le go gcoimeádfar ar an eolas mé faoi aon táirge nua a fhoilsítear?
Is féidir. Cuirtear le réimse na dtáirgí gach sé mhí, nó mar sin. Cláraigh linn trí ríomhphost a chur chuig info@spraoi-online.com. Coimeádfar ar an eolas tú de réir mar a fhoilsítear aon táirge nua.

Cén fhad a thógann sé na hearraí a fháil?
Tabhair trí seachtaine dúinn chun na hearraí a chur chugat. De ghnáth, cuirtear amach orduithe taobh istigh de dheich lá tar éis dúinn íocaíocht a fháil. I gcás práinne (cigireacht!) scríobh an focal ‘Práinneach’ roimh d’ainm ar an bhfoirm ordaithe nó cuir glaoch orainn. Déanfaimid ár seacht ndícheall na hearraí a chur amach chugat a luaithe agus is féidir.

Is tuismitheoir mé. An féidir liom eolas faoi earraí ‘Spraoi!’ a chur ar aghaidh go dtí na múinteoirí i scoil s’againne?
Is féidir an t-eolas seo ar fad a phriondáil amach agus a chur ar aghaidh chuig duine ar bith a bhfuil suim acu ann.

An féidir teacht ar na hearraí in aon áit eile?
Tá roinnt siopaí ar fud na tíre a dhíolann earraí ‘Spraoi!’. Cuir ríomhphost chugainn agus cuirfear amach eolas faoi shiopaí i do cheantar féin. Ach cuimhnigh, an chuid is mó den am ní bhíonn an réimse iomlán earraí ar fáil i gcónaí ag siopaí agus d’fhéadfadh na hearraí a bheith níos daoire le ceannach i siopa ná anseo ar an idirlíon.

Can I order online?
Yes. Fill in the order form, giving details of your name and address, plus the products you would like to buy. Press the ‘send’ button and the form will be emailed to ‘Spraoi!’. Then, send the remittance, including the P+P, by post to the address at the top of this page. On receipt of your cheque, bank draft or postal order, your order will be processed and despatched.

Can I pay online?
No. Your order can be sent by email to ‘Spraoi!’, but payment must be made by post before dispatch.

What about P+P?
Postage costs must be added to each order and included in the sum payable. The cost will vary depending on the order. Use the following as a guide:

1 item   -  add €1.50  (exception: Pacáiste Acmhainne - add €5.00)
2 - 3 items  -  add €2.40
4 - 5 items  -  add €4.50
6 items and above  -  add €6.85

If you are in doubt, send an email or call for advice. Discounts are available on larger orders and any single order over €180 will be despatched free of charge.

I’m a teacher. Can I order products and get an invoice sent to the school?
We’re more than happy to take orders from schools and to issue a pro-forma invoice. This will show exactly what has been ordered and how much the order will cost. But payment must be received before the goods will be despatched. If you want to order in a personal capacity and will need a receipt, tick the receipt box on the order form.

Can I register with ‘Spraoi!’ to be kept up to date on new products?
Yes. New products are added to the range, on average every six months. Register with us by emailing info@spraoi-online.com and be kept informed of any new products as they become available.

How long does it take to get the posters?
Allow three weeks for delivery of your poster, although orders are usually despatched within ten days of receipt of remittance. In case of emergencies (inspection!) put the word ‘Urgent’ before your name on the order form or give us a call. We’ll do our best to get the goods to you as soon as possible.

I am a parent. Can I pass details of your products on to the teachers in our school?
All the information on the site can be printed out and passed on to anyone who might be interested.

Are the posters available anywhere else?
Some shops around the country stock ‘Spraoi!’ products. Send an email, and a list of shops in your area will be provided. Bear in mind that most shops don’t stock the full range of products, and prices may differ from those quoted here.
